Tuition Payment Process
The Christian Academy of Lawrenceburg offers three payment plans: Option 1: A single payment, due on or before August 1st, (5% lump sum discount given). Option 2: Payments may be budgeted over 10 months beginning August 1st. Option 3: Payments may be budgeted over 12 months beginning July 1st (except for Pre-school, which is only eligible for the 10-month payment plan). The CAL Board is currently investigating the possibility of offering an Automatic Bank Draft as a payment option. NOTE: CAL reserves the right to refuse monthly payment plans due to past payment history. Students who enroll before July 1, 2006 are eligible for the 12-month payment plan. Students who enroll after the July 1st deadline must use the 10-month plan or single payment option.

Late fees
• Monthly Invoice - If payment is not received in full by the close of business on the 5th of each month, a $25 late fee will be assessed. Tuition payments becoming 30 days past due will generate a delinquent payment letter from the Financial Secretary and Administrator. Tuition payments becoming 60 days past due will result in dismissal of the student/s until such payments are brought completely current, including all late fees. • Returned checks - Checks returned for insufficient funds or other reason will be assessed a $25 fee. Consistent issues with returned checks will result in “Cash only” status being enforced. All returned checks are reported to the CAL Board.

Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance applications may be obtained through the CAL office. Please keep in mind that there is a first come first serve basis for qualifying families. Families must make application for Tuition Assistance annually even if they have received it previously. Applications must be completed and submitted no later than May 1st. Families who receive tuition assistance must enroll for the 12-month payment plan. Exceptions to this policy would be for families enrolled after July 1. In this case, families must opt for the 10-month plan. However, since tuition assistance money is generally exhausted by June 1st, no guarantee for availability of tuition assistance money can be made for those enrolling after July 1st.

Scholarships
Scholarships are limited to new students who have never attended a Christian School before and are Board-approved.
